By creating an account or using SlumboTales, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a SlumboTales account. SlumboTales is designed for parents and guardians to create bedtime stories for their children. The service is not intended to be operated directly by children.

Service Description

SlumboTales uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized bedtime stories based on prompts you provide. Stories are converted to narrated audio using text-to-speech technology. You can save, replay, download, and manage your stories through the app.

AI-Generated Content

• All stories are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors, inconsistencies, or unexpected content.
• We implement content safety measures but cannot guarantee that all generated content will be perfectly appropriate for every child.
• We recommend parents review stories if they have concerns about specific content.
• SlumboTales creates original characters only — we do not generate stories using copyrighted characters, brand names, or intellectual property.

Story Credits

• New accounts receive 1 free story credit.
• Additional credits can be purchased through the app.
• Credits are non-refundable once used to generate a story.
• Unused credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the story prompts you write. The generated stories and audio files are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to generate inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Service Availability

We strive to keep SlumboTales available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

SlumboTales is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Geographic Availability

SlumboTales is currently available to users in the United States and Canada. We may expand to additional regions in the future.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SlumboTales after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
